Later on this, Terra became fully evil and worked for Slade. Now, she is no longer had a sunny and chipper personality like earlier.
She was now a dark and evil person who wanted zilch more out of life than to please him. She helped Slade defeat the Teen Titans and take over Jump City, only after she did, she was having flashbacks of all the good times she had with the Titans. The Titans mysteriously came back again and Beast Boy convinced Terra to be good. After this, she turned on Slade and destroyed him along with his evil lair. Terra was then collapsed upon by the lair and turned into a statue. The Titans made a memorial to her in honor of how brave she was. A long time subsequently, Terra was somehow turned back into a human over again, (information technology is assumed she was turned dorsum in The End along with the rest of the rock people, but this cannot be known for sure) but she did not retrieve (or simply refused to recall) who she was and thought that she was just an ordinary school daughter. Slade seemed to have known a lot nearly this transition and why and how it happened. All he said was that he had zip to do with her irresolute back to a homo and that she chose to forget everything that happened; most probable due to guilt for trusting him so much.
Powers and abilities
Terra preparing to launch a large stone fist at Raven
Geokinesis/Terrakinesis: Every bit her name is Latin for "earth," Terra has the uncommonly stiff elemental ability to create, control and manipulate the world and other earthly substances and materials; such as crystal, sand, stone, stone, dirt, brick marble, mud, sand, and concrete. She tin can hurl and lift boulders, generate earthquakes, mudslides, avalanches, fissures, project spikes of stone from the ground and tunnel through the earth. Terra oft transports herself and others by riding on a large slab of world. She can change earthen matter from 1 country to another (such every bit shifting mud into solid stone), and can manipulate other aspects of earth like sand, woods, magma, lava, and some metals. Her geokinetic abilities also allow her to touch molten rock, giving her the power to control the menstruum of magma, lava and to thermo-geokinetically control volcanic activity to a degree. When using her powers, her eyes sometimes glow xanthous, and her hands and body will also sometimes emit a xanthous aura. She generally uses the motions of her hands to navigate her powers, though she tin movement earth through sheer concentration alone.
After Slade greatly amplified and strengthened her abilities with the technologically enhanced battle-suit he designed for her, Terra could summon sentient creatures from the ground that obeyed her command through Slade. She was much more than relaxed in using her tremendously enhanced geokinesis/terrakinesis and used them in more complex and lethal means; such molding the rocks and stones into the shapes of a hammer, hands or fifty-fifty pillars. She tin can also create a large wall of solid stone or stone for a shield.
Weaknesses
Terra initially lacked command of her newly increased abilities and strength, being unable to regulate how much earth she moved, and inadvertently triggering seismic tremors or even minor volcanoes. The more she used her powers over a period of time, the more than she struggled to incorporate them. The special arrange that Slade made for her continued directly to her nervous organization, allowing Slade to truly control her and her increasingly powerful abilities via his computerized devices. That and she was mentally unstable, having had no allies for many years.
On the more self destructive side of things, Terra's geomancy tin can be overtaxed with catastrophic results, as seen in Aftershock Pt. 2 when she sacrificed herself, resulting in her becoming a statue.

Background information
The original Terra, aka Tara Markov, first appeared in the DC comic New Teen Titans #26 (December 1982), created by Marv Wolfman who has stated that she was "an evil version of the Ten-Men's Kitty Pryde." She was one of the main antagonists of the classic award-winning take a chance The Judas Contract, published in 1984. This version of Terra was the illegitimate daughter of the king of the country of Markovia and the half-sister of superhero Geo-Force. She besides joined the Teen Titans, merely was also a spy who served Deathstroke the Terminator (also known every bit Slade Wilson).
In contrast to the Terra from the Teen Titans Television receiver show who serves Slade reluctantly and eventually turns confronting him, the original Terra was an irredeemable psychopathic villain. She had no qualms about betraying the Titans who she saw every bit "sanctimonious do-gooders" (New Teen Titans #39). There are fifty-fifty indications that she and Slade had a sexual human relationship rather than the warped father-daughter one seen in the Idiot box series.
The reason why Terra betrayed Slade in the comics was because when she and Slade had managed to capture the Titans, Nightwing and Jericho (Slade's son) showed up to try to save them, but were also captured. Nonetheless Jericho managed to possess his begetter and gratuitous the Titans. Terra, who was unaware of Jericho's powers, thought Slade had turned against her. subsequently the misunderstanding was cleared up, Terra was still furious at Slade for going "soft" with dearest for his son.

- Terra'southward hair changes in accord with her allegiance.
- While she is with the Titans, Terra's locks were kept out of her face.
- When she was shown after joining Slade, her pilus begins to hang over her right eye. Terra's hair roofing the heart is a reference to Rose Wilson, Slade'due south girl, who had cut out her eye in order to evidence her dedication to her father. Terra and Slade's twisted father-daughter relationship is besides reminiscent of that between Rose and Slade.
- Furthermore, when she struck back against Slade, her hair was moved out of her face up, as if to signify her having doubtfulness over her actions and remembering what is right and wrong.
- In "Things Change", the girl who resembles Terra has a center part, as opposed to Terra'south side part, which peradventure indicates Terra no longer takes sides and is neutral.
- In the original comics, Terra had curt blonde pilus, which was kept in her Judas Contract picture show and Immature Justice incarnations.
- During Slade's flashback in "The End - Role 2", the events of "Aftershock - Role 2" are briefly shown again. In the flashback, Terra is seen getting up from the basis and punching Slade off of the cliff to his demise. This is slightly different from what is shown in "Aftershock - Office 2", with Slade grabbing Terra past her chestplate and unleashing her power to make the area around them explode instead.
- If the schoolgirl is truly Terra, whether or non with her powers and memories, it is unknown how she was able to remove Slade'south amateur outfit and put on a school compatible, since Slade's outfit was direct attached to her nervous system.
- Information technology is curious that the schoolgirl speaks of the urgency to be home, and of her supposed parents, as well equally her attendance in her school if indeed they do not exist; Fauna Boy also does not investigate more deeply into her current life.
- In "Things Change", when Beast Male child would refer to her as "Terra," she repeatedly asked why he kept calling her that, implying that she no longer used that name. However, she never says what her new name is.
